All games are cancelled and no penalty kicks are possible.
We are determining the winners of each bracket. The Tournament Committee will utilize a coin toss to determine chamiponships. All bracket winners will be contacted and invited to appear for the coin toss. As per Tournament rules, placement will be based on the last fully completed round of play which at this time is two (2) games. Bracket winners will be notified by 9:00 AM this morning.
Coin flips to determine Champions will be conducted at 11:00 AM Sunday, 28-Feb-2010 at Tournament Headquarters.
All teams are welcome to visit Tournament Headquarters to pick up pins, medals, trophies and any player cards left at the fields.

The Blackhawks Invitational Tournament is here and we are looking forward to 3 great days of competitive soccer at our inaugural event. We appreciate your attendance and will strive to make this a memorable experience for your players, coaches, managers and all supporters.
Game Schedules
The schedules have undergone some changes but now are final. Please check your game times from the Blackhawks Invitational Website here. Additionally, flight specific schedules will be distributed to all teams at credentials check-in and full schedules will be posted at the fields.
MLS Exhibition Games
On Field #4 at Reach 11 on Friday, February 26th, starting at 5:00 PM the Kansas City Wizards will match up with the LA Galaxy. This game will be going on during the tournament, so please feel free to stop by and watch as your schedule allows. Please keep checking website for updates on other possible games.
6 Team Flights
In the 6 team brackets there are actually two brackets, A and B. As such these teams will play a crossover format were each team plays only those teams in the opposite bracket. You will not play the other teams from your bracket. The winners of each bracket, A and B, will play each other in the final. Just for clarification Got Soccer states that #1 and #2 from just the A Bracket plays in the final.....that is not the case in our tournament.
There will be score sheets at the fields and monitors that have the score sheet with the teams in the Bracket A and B format. Again, GotSoccer's layout of the 6 teams does not indicate that, but when you get into our rules, Blackhawks invitational, you can see how the schedule plays out.

Traffic
We are sharing the weekend with the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Be prepared for road closures and restrictions in the vicinity of the WM Phoenix Open. Soccer participants can avoid traffic congestion by using the 101 instead of surface streets near the Open in Scottsdale.
